Yeah I hate when it does that, it only happens with uncommon names.

I probably would have agreed with much of this post until the Matthysse fight. Definitely an underrated performance by Zab. Rewatch it and you'll see that Judah had to work extremely hard on defense while remaining patient offensively.

Zab ain't what he use to be. Garcia is to much for Zab.

This would probably usher out the remaining bits of Zab's relevancy in boxing. It'd be a shame to see him quit again in front of his own crowd against a hungry lion.

only great defensive fighters will neutralise it

and he disguises it very well, threw a jab, then morales jab then out of nowhere BAM

your underestimating danny's ring smarts, his timing people like only a pro athelete can.

Zab would hand Garcia his first "L" if this fight ever happens. The speed of Khan caused a bunch of problems for Garcia and Zab is faster...the southpaw stance would also give Danny fits. Stylistically this fight favors Zab...

Too many folks forget just how bad Danny was losing to Khan before the KO....the KO came purely because Khan got over excited and took too many liberties trying to get Danny out.

You've got a lot of great potential fights at 140. But the way boxing is now, Garcia is going to likely go after the bigger names. I see Rios being in the mix here and maybe Marguez. Would not be surprised if there was a Rios/Pacman and Garcia/ Marguez or some combo. Peterson is still in that mix also. Zab is good, but not sure about his hunger. I always believe in the hungrier fighter having the edge. Garcia, Rios and Mathysse would be hungry guys hard to beat. Khan has a tough fight coming up and likely, if he loses, he will say he needs to be at 147.

Not posted on here for a while but I can't believe how many 'easy win for Garcia' type comments there are.

Two fights ago Garcia was someone who had been 'managed' well, now it appears he is legit. Personally I think it is somewhere into middle. However, if Zab is in good shape coupled with seemingly greater maturity in his older age (it wouldn't be hard) I think he causes Garcia fits. He will carry a speed, footwork and technical edge and Garcia can and has been made to look ordinary before.

Definitely. And even though Judah's not all that, if the one from the Paris fight shows up, I could see him being quick and collected enough to avoid giving Garcia anything to counter at all. He may be a gatekeeper, but he's a very talented gatekeeper.

    Make it happen!

If you don't turn them, you end up having to reach in to land it in the proper range (unless they reach in themselves). Since it's the hand closest to them, they can see it coming and just lean back from it.

I'd like to see this fight and for his career as a good up and coming fighter he should take it. He'd fair well against Zab. Not to say he'd have no chance but it would be interesting to see this match. It speaks volumes for Zab who, whether you admit it or not had all the right tools to be great but since he never fizzled out the way he should is a very live gatekeeper

This might be the case as we've seen this happen with Zab before....however...when Zab does lose...it's not against guys like Danny...it's guys like Tyzu, Cotto and Mayweather.
