maybe they already had talks of a Judah Malignaggi fight in NYC and with Judah's loss to Baldomir still fresh in his management's memory they thought it would be better not to have this tuneup

The thing is Judah said he still has two more tune ups set up.

I really think he backed out at the last minute because of money...just a guess though.

i'd pick judah over berto based on skill + experience alone. and this time zab wouldnt be fighting a guy that out weighs by 15+ pounds.

bottom line is that a win over judah > the win over collazo.

Zab is done. He made no changes and he never evolved as a fighter.

Of course, there's no more money left for other boxers after Floyd got his $15 million purse/share...;)

I think Zab would smoke Juan Diaz.

doesnt bother me at all.... it was a useless and pointless fight anyways

I have a question... why the hell doesnt he fight Malignaggi?

    Malignaggi
    Bradley
    Urango
    Campbell
    Berto
    Cintron
    Quintana

right there, are 5 fights id like to see..... who the hell is judahs manager? they should have been on these fights 10x's over already

Sometimes, a man should learn when to get down the ladder and start his way up from the bottom again. Zab and his daddy should learn to face this reality.

According to Papa Yoel Judah, his son, Super Zab, was offered mere peanuts to fight the shopworn but still hard punching "Tono" on the big show undercard. Judah said peanuts are good for elephants but not for his son.

"They offered $150,000," Yoel said. "That's a joke but we're not laughing. We don't sell ourselves cheap like that."

NOTE: Floyd get $15M for his tuneup fight with JMM...

so when does Judah expect to fight again?

dumb move to blow a chance at fighting, IMO.

Zab Super Judah was the undisputed Welterweight Champion of the world at one time.

You don't have to like him, but to say he has never been anything but hype is just plain horse****.
