Who are you to say a former undisputed champ has no heart? He has taken plenty of beatings an kept coming, against cotto, and against a guy weighing 30 more pounds than him in clottey. Im aware Zab is not a p4p level fighter an not an all time great. His skills are undeniable.
If Zab gets baited into exchanging, (and considering how emotional he reacted at the press conference I think it's an inevitability that he will), Garcia flattens him out. If however he fights composed, he can win a 12 round decision.
Danny garcia is a power puncher? He can punch like kostya and cotto now? Why? His power is average at best .. Hes not flattening anything with that wide slow hook.
Probably the same that happened when Khan hit him with all his best shots for 2 rounds...Garcia will keep on coming.
It was a good body shot he lost so what? Im not delusional zab has flaws and hes inconsistent as hell. Are you a tyson fan? Do you call him a coward for biting somebodys ear off cause he was getting his ass beat?
yes Is the measurement of a "power puncher" based solely on how one compares to the likes of Tszyu and/or Cotto? And to answer your question, I'm not sure how Garcia's power stacks up to those guys, but I do recognize that he does possess sufficient power; good enough to hurt a 35 years old Judah who's been in his share of difficult battles over the years. Do you believe Zab's punch resistance is the same today as it was years ago when he was getting stopped by those guys? Even if Garcia doesn't have comparable power (which personally I think just might) he wouldn't need that kind of pop to score a potential stoppage against this version of Zab. Youtube Garcia. :deal
I favor Danny but Zab has a chance of catching Danny by drawing his counters and landing big. Danny's not terribly consistent or aggressive as a pressure fighter, but the longer it goes on, the closer Danny will get, and he's more likely to keep his cool when behind or under fire.
Zab at his best is a pleasure to watch. Naturally gifted and beyond that you can tell he was well schooled in his craft. He's still fast, he's still got pop, I've always admired his balance (do NOT put up a vid of the Kostya KO, we've all seen it) and if this fight is contested at range I would expect him to take it. That said, I think Garcia is a gritty, tough kind of guy, who has just enough skill and pedigree to not be completely outclassed in the boxing department. It'll start at range and Judah will look positive, slowly Garcia will close the distance and make the fight a bit uglier, a bit more uncomfortable for Zab. I don't think Garcia will land his patented crispy-hook with enough oomph to KO Zab, but I do think he could put him on his ass, even if Zab pops back up pretty quick. After that, Zab gets more defensive and less offensive and Garcia takes a decision by a few rounds due to a higher work rate. Tough fight for both guys IMO.
Good opinion an not some immature kid **** thanks. An i wholeheartedly agree that the longer ot goes will favor danny. I just dont think danny will make it that long
Zab will take this little boy to school. I want to see what Angel will talk after that. Zab by tko Rd 8. dominates and beats down
