Does anyone remember him? WBO world Junior Lightweight champion of the mid 90s and the only boxer to stop Juan Laporte....I thought he had the talent and the looks to go a long way in boxing. But then an injury took place in a sparring session and he had to retire. Do you guys remember him and if you do I wonder whats up with him these days?????
Absolutely I actually remember the first part of his career when he campaigned at 135. He was knocked out in an ESPN tournament fight and disapeared When he returned a few years later at 140 he was much more dedicated and successful. Too bad the sparring injury with Shane Moseley ended his career as he was still near peak level.
