    Morales was clearly past his prime. No further proof of that than him losing 5 of his last 6 fights(before retiring)!



    Still a Good win for Raheem.

    when i first saw the fight, i said wtf was morales doing at 135? i think morales' age got into him and he could not maintain fighting at 130. just look at pac-morales 3.

    IMO Raheem beats Morales a majority of the time prime for prime. Raheem was just a style Morales is not used to fighting against.

    Raheem beats morales prime for prime because hes at 135. Morales prime was at 122 and 126. He didnt have the same power at 130 and didnt belong at 135. That is an area where JMM has an edge on morales legacy wise is he was able to move up at 135 though morales did start lower than him.

    I see no reason why morales couldnt do well against that style at 122 or 126 where he had more strength and power.

    If Pacquiao gets credit for beating Morales after that fight, Raheem better get much more.
