On Leland's auction site for the 1/8/16 winter auction catalog (Lot 1014) is a 1973 letter from Zale to Graziano in which Zale is requesting Graziano furnish the footage from their three fights together that Graziano had promised Zale years earlier. Zale specifically mentions that he owned the 3rd fight, but was waiting on the first two fight films. I'd love to hear Steve Compton or Clay Moyle weigh in on this, or anyone else informed on this matter. The link is listed below.

I've read somewhere that the first fight wasn't filmed.

I have Grazianos home movies and the Zale fights werent among them. The only way those first fights were filmed would have been as home movies, which Zale alludes to by saying the were unofficial. The second fight was filmed by a guy that went there with his girlfriend, we have that. If the first ever existed its not known to currently. It certainly could have been filmed but it wasnt in Grazianos collection which seems to be where it originated from judging by Zales letter so who knows, Graziano could have just been pulling his leg to screw with him or Zale could have been confused (he was punchy by this point) its hard to say. I dont really have anything to add beyond that but id say keep your fingers crossed, if its out there itll surface some day.

So who has the second fight? And why hasn't it been shown?

It was obviously made by someone from the audience:

That is all there is. It runs a few minutes (that youtube link is slowed down making it run longer than it actually is in real time) most of the footage was actually the guy who filmed this snippet filming his girlfriend or date at ringside.
