Russian (bearded) vs. Kazakh (southpaw) - both are whatever the antonym of undefeated is. Unvictorious in the pros, so far, both looking for their first taste of sweet triumph. Pashaliev is also lossless in two contests, having fought to a draw both times. Madanbekov lost his pro debut last July in Ürümqi, China and hasn't fought since.

10-9 Pashaliev, hurt the lanky Kazakh a few times despite a busier jab from the lefty, able to walk him down and land through his erratic herky-jerky defense.

Pashaliev registers his first stoppage, Madanbekov halted on cuts with 23 seconds remaining in the fourth.

Seitmemetov is killing him softly, lighting up Podnebesny with straight combinations on the face but either he's too lacking in power or Podnebesny has too good a chin for him to go down. No serious offense mounted by the Perm man except the occasional telegraphed, grazing right on the body of the Crimean.

Seitmemetov has the right idea laying the double hook on Podnebesny inside, he's ripe for it, wide-open to attacks from that side with his right carried below his chin, but Seitmemetov throws it so damn fat, it just splashes across Podnebesny's jawline. Even if he did have power he'd be wasting it throwing arm-punch hooks like that, like a chicken flapping its wings.

    Seitmemetov takes it on points.

There are literally only a dozen people in the audience.
