Same birthday - December 12th, 1991 - as Descendant of Tamerlane, so yeah they're probably biological (not identical; Shoh is smaller and his face looks different) twin brothers.

The first was really cagey, I think it might have been nicked by the Ukrainian southpaw.

19-19, torpedo rights on the body from Ergashev were the only clean blows from either.

Sarbei hanging on by a thread, but lots of time left. I doubt he goes the full six at this rate, between the cuts, fatigue, and sheer amount of clean punches being shipped.

    39-37 Ergashov

Ravshan is one mean SOB. He just keeps swarming, clattering his fists into the head, neck, and torso and especially targeting all the cuts on the cheeks, eye sockets, and bridge of the nose of Sarbei, intentionally letting his forearms and the outer laces of his glove scrub against them during his follow-through or when pressing into him to pin him against the ropes.

    10-9 Ergashev

    49-46 Ergashev

Sarbei can't hold Ergashev off, his lack of power (he's 3-0 without a kayo registered in his career, and has the legs of a stick figure) betraying him now as he can't gain the Uzbek's respect for even a momentary reprieve. Very soft jabs and straight flurries on the backfoot not doing a lick of good. Ergashev just plowing into his body repeatedly and then bringing his attack upstairs when he bullies Sarbei against the ropes. Pause to fix the loose tape on Sarbei's gloves, and he suspends himself like wet laundry over the uppermost rope, taking full advantage of the rest to gear up for his last half-minute of survival until the final bell.

    59-55 Ergashev

    Round 1

Blinov is rushing Tomashchuk immediately, and drops him just seconds after the bell with a jab/looping right combo. Tomashchuk wasn't prepared for the speed & ferocity of the young bald Revdan, who is showing ruthless explosiveness in his debut, throwing uppercuts behind the left jab. Tomashchuk is unfurling the southpaw jab in multiples and tying up where he can, or else hiding in a shell, very negative, a bit shell-shocked - doing so in an ugly manner but able to avoid visiting the canvas again.

    10-8 Blinov

    Round 2

Tomashchuk is unable to get a blow in edgewise for the first minute or so. Blinov is dominating with heavy body shots and fully turned-over hooks up top. A few lapses defensively from Blinov as he admires his work and twists around to load up giving Tomashchuk an opportunity to strap him on the face with counters, but still the harder stuff by far landing from Blinov.

    10-9 Blinov

    20-17 Blinov

He's pretty raw (which is to be expected, as he's as raw as they come) but so far Blinov appears to be the best actual prospect we have seen on this card.

I can't find any information on his amateur background. The search is complicated by the fact that his name is shared by two more Russian sports figures, one an Olympic equestrian and the other an Olympic marksman.
