Abdullaev drops Martinez at the end of the round. I doubt the fight lasts long.

Abdullaev is stalking and jabbing the body. Martínez, looking every inch the blown-up super featherweight he is, edges his way along the ropes with a high guard squeezed together over the maximum possible surface area, hunching forward slightly to position his elbows in front of his navel to help mitigate that steady ramrod body jab from Abdullaev. Consistent, one-gear pressure from Abdullaev, never letting Martínez rest for long. Abdullaev sways back to dodge an uppercut from a cornered Martínez and lands a stiff left hook on the ribs followed by a right hand between the eyes. Big knockdown in the final moments from a body-head combo thrown between a desperate hooking flurry of Martínez's with his back against the corner, he's up and saved by the bell.

So is Romanov vs. Carman the official main event?

 

No. Main event is Yaqubov vs. Lopez.

 

Never mind, just had a glance at the running order that @Somachenko posted, apparently Yaqubov vs. López is.

Weird, as Yaqubov is a relative nobody on the domestic scene, at least compared with names like Abdullaev or Romanov, no?

Maybe "nobody" is harsh, but certainly has only started to make a name for himself recently, whereas Zaur has been headlining cards for a while (and has that high-profile victory over Lundy) and Evgeny had some amateur hype a long time ago..
