Nah,as i understood after his decision to retire he said it was a diet change + stress(his daughter was sick as i read,encephalitis and now she has pemanent damage) that contributed to his weight loss.He never said he was sick. People said he had liver problems,hepatitis.But he never said it.That was just speculations cause of his sudden weightloss.
