Though I like Zhang and hate Wilder, I want Deontay to put himself in line for a crack at Usyk, just because of the symbolism it would have for Uysk to beat Joshua, Fury, and Wilder.

Can't help but feel Wilder has run out of come from behind wins.

While I never liked him it will be bittersweet to me if Wilder gets slept here but if he does I hope he walks off proper like.

This is a really interesting matchup. The southpaw vs orthodox stance makes it easier to land the rear hand, which means we may see Deontay's fabled right hand land flush (the same goes for Zhang's left). With Wilder talking about retirement I favor Zhang, but won't be surprised if he has to survive a knockdown to win.

 

This is how fights should happen. When one ends the other one starts in about 10 minutes. No stupid theatrics. no band entrances, no anthem. Just get the boxer in the ring and get the fight started.
