Zhang is a fast and tricky lefty, he is currently the only fighter who could threaten Fury.

There's not a heavyweight past or present that can threaten fury.......because he won't fight anybody.

    2 fighters: Zhang and Wilder.

Zhang is an iron-chinned 6’6 tank with deceptively fast hands, if Fury takes his eye off the ball he could get chinned by that straight left.

And you can never count out Wilder. He could always finish the job in a 4th fight.

No, Usyk is far more of a threat. Hence why Fury is doing everything in his power to avoid fighting him.

Everybody is talking about Tyson Fury this and that. I don’t think he can give a **** less. He has been busy filming his Netflix series, and after all that is done and he gets his name out there, it will be a great tool to raise his stock and make some fights. It’s a pretty smart move actually.

Too slow with bad cardio. I like Zhang but Joyce made him look better than he is. Usyk and AJ are the only fights left for Fury.

People are overrating Zhang I see clips of his fight vs Forrest recently, he faded badly in that fight and was on verge of being stopped in last round.

Hes dangerous in the 1st half of a fight due to his Southpaw stance, power, and that's always a dangerous combination.

But unless he somehow stops Fury in first 6 rounds he virtually has no chance of winning his stamina is a big weakness.

The Forrest fight is a bad example to go by. He faded badly after 3-4 rounds, but he also went through a serious medical scare during that fight. Prior to his body betraying him, Zhang was in complete control of the fight and even knocked him down three times with shots that didn't even land flush. A draw against Forrest on paper doesn't look good at all, but it's a fight where the context is very important. If anything, the context just proves his toughness.

I will agree that even aside from that he doesn't have the best gas tank, as we saw in his fight against Hrgovic. Even then, I don't think it's as bad as people say it is. He faded badly in that fight, but he also spent one of the middle rounds throwing everything and the kitchen sink at Hrgovic trying to get the knockout. After the following round he was completely gassed and never seemed to get much energy back. Still though, there were about seven or eight rounds where he was fairly active, and even when he was gassing badly he was still hurting Hrgovic with what he threw, he just couldn't follow up on it at that point.

So I agree that his best chance against Fury is likely in the first half. That's not an impossible task to accomplish though; remember, Wilder knocked Fury down twice in the fourth round of the trilogy fight, and this came after Wilder had suffered a bad knockdown in just the previous round. Granted, Fury had one of the worst camps he ever had going into that bout, but it's still something to consider when evaluating Zhang's chances. Fury does have great recovery skills, but what buys him time is his ability to use his height and weight to tie up the opponent and push them around the ring. I think he'd struggle to do that against Zhang since he's such a big guy himself.

I'm not saying Zhang would definitely beat Fury, and honestly if they ever do meet I expect Fury to win on points, as long as he didn't get careless. Wilder very nearly made Fury pay for getting careless against his telegraphed to hell right hands. Zhang would be a lot harder to recover from, given that he'd be harder to push around, and his followup punches would be a lot sneakier and more measured in where they went.

So I agree with the topic, Zhang is one of the guys I'd expect to give Fury a hard time. The other is Usyk, for completely different reasons. Neither is guaranteed to win of course, but they would be far from another night at the office for Fury.

Zhang is a big lumbering oaf. I know Fury has managed to annoy most boxing fans at this point, but he would absolutely dominate Zhang.

If you have static feet you cannot beat Tyson Fury which is why Whyte is the worst style because he's a total pudding at least Chisora will try to come forward and land his overhand right which he did in their 1st bout. Fury would pick off Zhang and turn him into a bloody mess with the jab.

Usyk when he was in his early 30's would have a chance over a distance close decision.

Ultimately not a man born from their mother can beat Tyson Fury. When he picks Usyk's arms off and eats him alive then people will understand because despite Fury showing he can beat men like Wilder with two naff arms and no training camp they still doubt him. Didn't drop a round to Wlad and made it a total cake walk and he could have done even better...but when you can do it that easily why bother. It's like Floyd in his prime just another level. And then because they're heavyweights some lucky schmuck lands his punchers chance only to find Tyson Fury gets stronger when you hurt him. His gorrilla sized adrenal glands kick in and then there is no stopping him, he'll come for you like John Wick and there is nothing you can do because he is The Gypsy King. The greatest fighter to have ever walked this planet.
