After watching Zhang vs Hrgoovic many people dismissed Hrgovic as a bum and all hype. I had a different opinion. I thought both fighters looked great that night. Both showed iron chins and great power. I did have Hrgovic winning a very close fight but no complaints if you did not. I predicted Zhang would beat Joyce today and got it right. Zhang would give any HW today problems. His major weakness is stamina. There are only a few guys I would pick to beat him. You need to have an iron chin and good stamina so I think someone like Usyk would beat him.

People will be shocked when Usyk gets tagged by one of these monsters and he buckles to his knees

    Nobody is invincible

Any of these guys can lose on a given night

Joyce had trouble hitting him too. He has been underrated defensively as well as in general.

Spot on. Apart from due to Zhang’s size I think Fury has a better chance than Usyk. I still think Uysk would beat Zhang but the sheer size with his quality must be a factor.

    Zhang is an understimated fighter.

You become a bigger annoying idiot with every post.

Usyk has fought dozens of the hardest punchers in the world in amateur, semi-pro and pro fights, and no one has buckled his knees. So why Zhang? Just because you need to put Uysk down to justify that your boy ducked him?

Although its clear Fury is being extremely selective on who he fights I still think no one beats him.

Yeah with the 2 performances against Hrgovic and now Joyce it's clear he has something to offer the division and is an exciting new addition to the top of the heavyweight division. Doubt he can beat the likes of Usyk and Fury but would like to see him get a shot, he's earned it.

Also interesting to see a Chinese boxer reach the top level in the pro ranks, wonder how big boxing is in China and if this will see more interest in the sport in China which could be a new and very lucrative market for boxing.

Hrgovic vs Zhang rematch has to happen now, for both that would be good. Hrgovic could confirm his victory, or Zhang could have both IBF and WBO interim belts, making him next in the line for Usyk fight. Fight has sense, and split can be 50/50.

Whole thing about Joyce was british media hype, to feed Joyce to Fury. Almost entirety of this forum bought that. Except you and me.

Media set up hype for Joyce just to feed him to Fury.

I'm very impressed with the way he blocked and did slight movement or parry inside where he didn't even have to hold much. It was a very skilled & sharp performance.
Man, if he used the jab more and some full leverage left uppercuts when JJ was inside, probably would have dropped him. Something to develop for the rematch if they take it.

    Lol.

I see the relevance to Usyk - you are a tw@ thus this has something to do with Usyk.

    Ydksab.
