Joyce comes forward and puts alot of pressure on with a high workrate, his style works against Parker who only has average power and is a cautious cagey boxer. Zhang is a big puncher so Joyce coming forward against Zhang with little to no defence is suicidal. On the other hand Zhang has suspect stamina and a low workrate, so Parker with his above average chin good conditioning and cagey like boxing skills is a bad style match up for Zhang. I actually thought Parker had a very good chance of beating Zhang, because with his style and chin i figured he could get him into the 2nd half of the fight where Zhang is vulnerable.
Parker can beat Joyce if he strictly sticks and moves. He needs to potshot. He has aggressive moments that won't work vs Joyce because he just ignores that and it tires Parker.
Yep I said the same when picking Parker. Joyce and Hrgovic are not easy to miss, they have so little head movement, Parker in contrast moves his head a lot and was never going to be as easy to catch. This is why depth of resume matters. You can have one great win, because you match up well with someone but true quality is proven when you face and beat multiple styles.
