In seriousness it's hard to say. Haye effed around at HW too much for me to get a good gauge on him. If I were a betting man I'd probably pick Haye by stoppage or decision. But he never really fought any decent big HWs who could bang (that he beat) to give him anything close to a clear-cut win.
Haye knocked out Derek Chisora in his best KO win at heavyweight, He then Decisioned an almost Arthritic Valuev throwing 10punches a round. Im not saying he couldnt outspeed and evade Zhang and hit him with right hands but Haye would not be able to withstand Zhangs power. Who is alot more aggressive than Wladimir.
If Haye had a KO over a decent SHW on his record, then id go for him. He was scared shitless of Wlad, a big man with skill and power.
I dont rate Haye as a David vs Goliath type fighter. He hasnt got half the skills, heart or mental toughness of Holyfield and Uysk to beat top big men. And you cant even compare him to Chris Byrd, Byrd had balls! In many fights he gets beaten up badly, ragdolled.
Haye also fought very cautiously when he was concerned with what was coming back. He tries to pot shot his way to victory but loses a decision here for me. The Del Boy KO was impressive as he was granite chinned at that point. Haye packed a hell of a punch, he just never really fought often, wasted his best years then his body fell apart.
lol Haye was overrated at cruiserweight and is unbelievably overrated at heavyweight. He beat monte barrett: lol valuev: who had just got a gift decision against 46 year old holyfield who was shot to pieces Ruiz: old and was never any good Harrison: 40 year old on ppv lol chisora: maybe his best win, in a shootout. Context is that Fury battered him thrice and chisora has zero good wins de mori: lol grjgaj: diver Haye would be destroyed by Zhang Zhilei, there is nothing to suggest he would beat a 6'6'' 20 stone behemoth that can box and has power
