Zhang vs Hrgovic funny moment at final 10 seconds - DAZN disrespect

Rewatched it some weeks ago and had it a comfortable UD for Hrgovic. Surprisingly well prepared for a southpaw.

Aged well. Hopefully we get a rematch.

 

Being exhausted at the end of a fight does not mean you lost the fight. Everyone knows Zhang won the early rounds and lost the last round very clearly.

Crazy how people are changing the narrative. Only 11% of people polled immediately after the fight had Hrgovic winning. Some time passes, yeah, now Hrgovic should have won, after Zhang has gained relevance. It was a close fight, but at absolute best you can find a one point win for Hrgovic. Anyone else doesn't understand what they're seeing, are blatantly corrupt (the judges) or hasn't watched the fight.

 

I remember that fight fondly, Zhang deserved to fight for the title and if Hrgovic doesn't get a chance, then I will be glad if Zhang becomes the champion...

 

I watched it once live but was at work so I missed parts of it and couldn't score it fairly. Zhang won some rounds big and beat the crap out of hrgovic at times. However, Zhang took his foot off the gas and hrgovic came on. I'm not sure if Zhang won enough rounds before hrgovic rallied back. It was a pretty good fight that I'd been meaning to rewatch

 

Vitali needed to be hugged and carried by Wlad after the Chisora fight, does it mean Chisora won?

 

Whereas it is an intellectually viable position to say that Hrgovic won in punches landed, most felt that Zhang won on effective aggression and clean, hard punching, as well as the knockdown.

 

Winner doesn't raise his hand at the end does it mean the result of previous rounds change? Hrgovic is a bum who brings nothing to the table. Face it.

Look Mrs. Hrgovic, your fight is not with me. I have conceaded it was an either way affair, and the judges agreed your boy won. Why not be happy with that? Why try to re-write history and the rules of boxing.

 

Zhang won that fight. it was close, and he didn't finish well, but he gets the W for me.

 

@catchwtboxing very good post, but Dragan is as delusional as the Usyk's ibrik guy who trolls out only to not even glorify his beloved blonde but writes nonsense and lies in his hatred towards Fury. Some posters here are into boxing only because of a guy they dislike.

One thing I agree with - if not Zhang or Ruiz, Fury can go with Hrgovic as it seems Usyk has no desire to be an active almost unified HW champion - he has one defence in 20 months against a guy he took the belts from, so he won't fight either Dubois or the Croatian, but will drag and brag until the potential December big event. All those guys are exposed and must be ashamed of themselves, that's the reality no matter who we like or dislike.
