Yep, even without having seen it (would have liked to, but RMC Sport coverage doesn't start for another ten minutes ) my hunch that Egorov >>>>>>>>> Baloyev remains pretty solid based on all I've seen of both in the past.

(well technically still a few minutes off, top of the hour, but they are running hype promos for Oubaali already intermingled with regular commercials)

 

Any suckas in here really believed they weren't going to (undeservedly) promote Turarov vs. Godoy to main event status?

Even though Oubaali and Villanueva both rate higher than him p4p, and they're competing for a world title instead of some rinky-dink 10-rounder intercontinental belt - it doesn't change the fact that both are foreigners, and this is taking place in Nur-Sultan, and Zhankosh is an undefeated Kazakh.

 

RMC hasn't even shown the ring and crowd yet, they're just showing Oubaali training videos. I wonder if they're going to even bother showing much of the rest of the undercard, or if their lone interest on this one is Oubaali himself.

edit: never mind, they just cut to Joyce's ring walk.

 

After this I believe is Viktor Kotochigov vs. Jairo López Múñiz and then Oubaali's bantamweight title defense, and finally Turarov in the main event.

 

Joyce round, but Teran is a tricky customer.
