Zhilei Zhang: “I’m A Bigger Threat To Tyson Fury Than Deontay Wilder”

The recency bias on this board... The guy who lost to hrgovich and barely managed a draw with Jerry Forrest is now unstoppable because he had a nice win against Joyce, a fighter who doesn't fight like fury at all.

 

I'm one of the former Fury fans who he drove away with all his ducking bull****....however Zhang would have little to no chance against Fury. Wilder is quick and dangerous throughout a fight....Zhang might be a bit dangerous for the first half.

Fury would box circles around him.

 

I'm not feeling Zhang really. Big and strong, but he's not bringing anything to the table I haven't seen others do better. He's got no chance against the best in the division.
That said, I wish him well. Maybe he can inspire other Chinese to take up the sport, and he can bring boxing to the mainstream in China.

 

Zhang is correct which is why Fury will avoid him at all costs.

 

Zhang easily beats Wilder. He'd be more than a handful for Duckson Quacky.

Hrgovic was highly rated on this forum though was he not ? Before Zhang went into the trenches with him ? And alot of people think Zhang won aswell. And Joyce who was ridiculously rated high on this forum as an unstoppable juggernaut aswell.

So that's two good showings for Zhang against 2 known Heavyweights who were rated high on this forum.

Zhang has some good attributes hes durable, very accurate, Southpaw, and hits hard. He'd certainly be one of Fury's most dangerous opponents. And he has more of a name than another Southpaw who Fury fought in "Wallin"

 

I've got no issue with the fight and zhang certainly deserves a top 10 ranking.

That said, people were too high on Joyce for beating dubois. They had joyce pegged as the next champ in waiting after fury and now that zhang beat Joyce it thus becomes necessary to hype up Zhang.

Not saying Joyce is bad either these are all obviously excellent athletes at the top of their division. Just think it's funny how quickly someone becomes a king or bum around here.

 

Yeah I get what your saying I had the same thoughts about Joyce, it was ridiculous how people compared him to Foreman and how he would beat a prime Tyson.

 

Zhang literally has a rematch with Joyce coming up that he might not get past.
