Watched Zhilei Zhang's last fight, and I was very impressed with his performance in the first three rounds. What impressed me the most is his boxing IQ, Zhilei Zhang is a very smart boxer, and was several steps ahead of his American opponent. Too bad he's 38, if he was 32 or less I would have been sure he could be the number 1 heavyweight ahead of Fury, Joshua, and Wilder. Considering his age I have to be pragmatic, so I will be more conservative in saying that if Zhilei Zhang fixes his gas tank he could be a top 6 heavyweight. He is already better than euro level Wallin, and failed quarter back Brezeal.

Those first three rounds had me interested but he was almost dead for half the fight and the worst part is I'm not even exaggerating much. He spent whole rounds either slumped over Forrest's back or cradling his arms.
His boxing IQ sucked. He was getting out boxed in those 3 rnds. He just happens to have a very powerful punch. When Forest didn't get reckless he couldn't do crap. He is Chinese knock off version of Wilder and a very very bad version.

the only one he becomes champion is by beating someone like travis kauffman for a paper belt. Both breazeale and wallin would be heavily favoured against him, he has the gas tank of butterbean and should retire asap before he suffers permanent damage.
