Zhilei Zhang says "Tyson Fury is a Disgrace to the Sport of Boxing"

They won't, they'll just fill the site with excuse after excuse. The fight with Zhang, that is now a smart business move, will fuel the excuse that Fury hadn't really fought a top guy in 4 years. Bet money on it.

 

Tyson Fury has already admitted that he does not care about legacy, but only about money.

 

I like what Zhang did to Joyce's face and hype, hopefully he can double up on it.

I think Fury is a disgrace at this point, true, but people could be a little more honest. He never ducked Joshua, it's absurd to say that after the last few years and the choices AJ has made. AJ has ducked three times now.
1. Fury comeback. Wouldn't give 50/50, so Fury fought Wilder. Now, people say Fury didn't get 50/50 for Wilder but he almost certainly got a better deal than with Joshua.
2. Offered fight when Usyk wouldn't fight in December. Had almost three months but claimed not enough time, wanted all the deals his way etc., they were happy to walk away.
3. Fought Franklin and now Whyte and said they were booked with Wilder at year end, when could have made a deal with Fury this whole time obviously.

But Zhang also needs to explain his record, because he's 40 and seems to have been incredibly protected. If Fury had his record at 40 it would be scandalous.

 

Fury is fighting Ngannou because he doesn't care about the brainwashed fans who will continue to support him, they will also bow down and pay to watch that fight because Fury announces it as if it were some kind of spectacle, making faces and yelling at the camera...

 

If so and it's just about the money, then vacate the WBC, let Boxing get on with its job and Fury can then get on with his fighting sideshow freak events like his upcoming bout.

Fury is making a mockery of the sport and the WBC are just as culpable.

 

Release his WBC belt so bum Wilder can fight a stiff for it?

The only chance of seeing greedybelly fight a top 10 opponent in the next 9 months is if he's at the front of the line with Andy Ruiz when the sundae machine comes back online.
