Kurbanov toying a bit i think, he is throwing to the air on purpose, looks a bit like shadow boxing from time to time, he has Rodriguez in the corner working the body and throwing a lot in the second half of the round, Rodriguez can't land anything apart from two or three good left hooks.

Very entertaining start, both are trading and landing a couple of good shots at the beginning, Kurbanov definitely landing more and better shots but Rodriguez doesn't look hurt at all. Slower second half of the round, Kurbanov jabbing and going for quick hooks, uppercuts and straight rights. Rodriguez landing another good left hook at the end of the round but looks gassed.

 

I would pay a lot of money to be in Russia with senile ass Floyd Sr.

Big left from Rodriguez rocks Kurbanov, Kurbanov at the ropes and Rodriguez unloading but missing most of his shots by a mile while Kurbanov moving the upper body well. Kurbanov comes back with some good work at the inside but most of his shots going to the guard of Rodriguez. Not a lot clean punches landed in the first half of the round. Kurbanov definitely feeled the power as he is fighting a bit more careful now and moving out if Rodriguez comes foward. Good body work by Kurbanov. Rodriguez going forward for the last 50 seconds of the round but Kurbanov countering smart, landing a good uppercut seconds before the bell.

Good 1,2,3 combination, hooks, body shots, Kurbanov unloading on Rodriguez, Rodriguez still trying to go forward and finishing strong landing three shots in a row but Kurbanov not hurt at all.

Rodriguez has a granite chin, wow, he took all those shots easily and still going forward trying to trade, he doesn't look hurt once and Kurbanov has power. Rodriguez didn't land anything special this round, he is breathing heavily and looking gassed but still can take those shots.
