Butler is lunging in with lead rights and missing as Tete adjusts his footing and plants the right jab on the brow. Butler is collecting jabs on the high guard as he inches forward, jumping in and only succeeding in grabbing and rag-dolling Tete, not landing any punches. Butler steps in with a swatting downward left and Tete shoots a right jab at it. Jabs atop the head by Tete from outside. Butler pumps a 2-1-2-1 charging in and Tete ducks and counters.

Butler is getting paddled on the schnoz with the right jab every time he drops his lead foot onto the canvas now, discouraged from coming forward. Butler is sashaying to either side looking for a way in. He gives up on that and just blunders straight ahead once more. BIG LEFT UPPERCUT ON THE BUTTON BY TETE!! Butler down and out. He tries beating the count, but too late, already up to eight or nine and Phil Edwards doesn't like the looks of Butler's legs.
