    Seriously. That is jack **** in for a ****ing gigantic uber-nationalist country.

    I suppose farmers gathered around the village tube television only count as one viewer under the ratings system.

    Considering that's the record and its a sport they dominate in this isn't bad. According to http://english.cntv.cn/program/china24/20120522/104708.shtml only 30% of people in Beijing watch ttelevision regularly.
