looks very ordinary. If he wasn't Chinese (Bringing in that Asian money) nobody would care about this guy and promoters wouldn't be hyping him. Fact is, China doesn't have many good fighters. Their best is current WBC Minimumweight Champ Xiong Zhong, who gets little love.

  2. He will dominate his class because he had a long and decent amateur career. Amateurs are more expeirenced than professionals, see GGG or Rigo, who play cat and mouse with their opponents.
They fight without emotions and know what they do, they have better knowledge and stay in training. They are used to it to fight, while some professionals have only 2 fights in a year.

He fights as an amateur but let's face it, his class isn't one of the strongest out there and he has money behind him.

So he will probably be maneuvered towards one of the belts and defend it in China against easy disposable opposition for as long as possible.

Thats the problem with most professional fighters today. Up untill about the late 70s, fighters averaged a fight every 2 months or so.

I'm nicknaming him CCC! Chinese Cash Cow! lol JK
He'll get soft touches all the way to a belt. Nothing wrong with it. I'm fine with what Bob Arum's doing. It's good for boxing. Plus, Shiming deserves some paydays. He was a great Olympian.
