Probably not, but they may end up creating more expenses for the UFC by pushing the conversation and spotlight onto fighter pay. Already Ronda and others are bragging about how much Netflix is paying them compared to what the UFC offered. Fan pressure may mount enough that the UFC does have to start increasing the 15–18% revenue it shares with its fighters.

Probably a good outcome if it happens.

    Yeah but unfortunately he isn't

Great to watch in the ring but he doesn't do anything outside of the ring to get the casual money watching

Infact he comes across as quite dull and a bit thick which of course ain't bothered about but casuals need to be drawn In on a different way

    Oh yeah we know that
But it was said they'll essentially show Eddie how to promote him

If that results in losing money that's not showing anything

We know they can absorb it, Thats not even a debate

Honestly, for Jai that's still a low bar to clear. Jai likely left Eddie because he was seeing that despite his star potential he was far from a household name.

Regardless on how much money, they specifically make off of Jai, Zuffa simply turning him into a more recognized name will probably be enough to say they beat Eddie.

Well I'd have to say that's a hollow victory if it's based on throwing money around

    But that's Zuffa currently
