damn this is ****ed up, sounds like it could have something to do with Alistair

  2. As the fighter management company, Golden Glory has every right to be the one to strike up a deal, find an opponent, be the middleman for all cash transactions, and all contract discussions. THIS IS THEIR JOB!

Overeem has already stated that his short fuse would do more harm than good in contract negotiations. No professional sport in the world would you see the money wired directly to the fighter's accounts, this usually goes through the promotion or management company.

This is normal practice and is now being used by Zuffa sympathizers to excuse Zuffa's blatant disregard for fighter livelihood or break previously agreed arrangements.

The only request that Overeem ever made with regards to this mess was for ZUFFA KEEP TO THE PREVIOUSLY AGREED DATE!!!!!

dana white just doesnt want to get into a situation where zuffa has to start paying fighters what they are actually worth.

dealing with gyms that manage multiple fighters is the closest thing to a fighters union that will ever happen.

That mnight be a good move. Ruthless but good. Show the fighters if they dont bring excitement they wont be wanted

  9. So all these zombies harping on about monopolies allowing the best fighting the best. Well, now we wont see the Golden Glory fighters (pretty much all the best fighters from Holland), most likely wont see the best fighters from Russia and Eastern Europe (because they are with M1-Global), and now we wont ever see top class female fighters. As ive been saying all along, a Zuffa monopoly is BAD NEWS for MMA.

Its very extreme and can also hurt the development of the sport in terms of skills.

Right now GG is by far the BEST camp in the ****ing world. They've produced some of the best stars from MMA to the K-1. And that **** stain Dana because he has a personal vendetta is willing to **** over the sport, its fighters, and its fans just so his "will be done". Its an utter disgrace. Im done with MMA. I won't ever support another UFC event. Once SF folds that's it for me.
Il check a few Japanese regional shows but that's my lot. This sport is worse than boxing. Even Don King wasn't this bad in his prime.

Are you kidding me? Have you seen what Greg Jackson has done to the UFC lately? Since when was the UFC about putting excitement first? The Unified rules suck ass. The judging is garbage. And you've got all these **** wrestlers laying and praying their way to decisions. But as long as they tow the company line its all good. That's the opposite of exciting. Dana will kill his brand because of his pig headed and obstinate nature. You mark my words. In less than a decade the UFC will be just a memory.
