My hero.. Post fight comments. I only had a week and a 1/2 to prepare..no 1 week. Give me one month and i`d beat the **** outta him. LOL I believe it. **** rahman...hes a slug Zuri for president. Showed more heart tonight than Rocks whole career.
I like Zuri - he is a very respectable journeyman who, from all accounts, held his own with Rahman. Has a nice win over Jameel McCline too...
Zuri was the first fighter I had ever seen get up after being sent out of the ring. I bet it was nice for Rahman to be on the other end of that. Good Job Zuri, you will get your ko one day!
Me too, I'm sure there's been other guys to climb back in but I don't recall ever seeing it. Big props to Zuri's heart to get back in there and fight on.
So he lost tonight? I saw the odds too late, but he was a 15-1 underdog. I would have put $50 on him if I had seen it in time... Rahman is a unreliable, so it could have been a nice value bet.
One Judge had him ahead by two points at the time of the 10th round stoppage by Rahman. The other two judges had Rahman enough ahead that Zuri would have needed his first KO ever. Curious, what were the Zuri by KO odds? lol
