The journalist who Goldenboy served with a cease and desist letter which threatened him with legal action if he did not stop investigating accusations that Floyd Mayweather has a stipulation in his contract with USADA that says negative tests will be exempt if it caused by 'inadvertent use' and that he has failed three tests already.

Montoya responded by saying that if it is the case that everything is in order then they can just disclose the contracts and test results (not negative/positive - actual composition of the sample) and everything will be fine.
