Toney only got caught using peds at heavy. dont know why he catches so much **** for it. heavys have been using it since late 60's

- Jones - Hopkins - Toney - Slappy - Never fought the best guys on his resume when they were in their prime. I feel he lost to Hopkins and had he fought Jones when Jones was in his prime at 168 he would've been destroyed.
In fact Hopkins Calzaghe The other two are unranked and considered cheats as they got caught juicing.
Hopkins refused to take the test vs Pascal. That makes him at least hugely suspicious Ironcially Coke head Calzaghe is the only likely clean fighter out of the lot o em :deal
Toney didnt do anything at LHW or beat anyone at LHW. Calzaghe in 2 fights did more than anything Toney did at LHW
Calzaghe undefeated, unified champ beat the man in 2 divisions and was the top man of 2 divisions Hopkins unified champ beat the man in 2 divisions and was the top man of 2 divisions Jones and Toney just shouldnt be given the same time as Calzaghe and Hopkins, who dont have question marks over whether they were fighting fairly or not
1. Jones (by a mile) 2. Toney( started at 160 and was a top 10 HW) 3. Hopkins(would have been higher if he had moved up sooner. Spent most of his career fighting bums and welterweights.) 4.Calzaghe(not really comparable to any of these guys who are ATGs. He was just a solid champ in one division.)
