Hatton v Senchenko - Primetime Support Thread - Order early as it's already busy!

I have just ordered this (I think) via the telephone contact number. I have ordered previous Primetime PPVs so I do not need to pay the reg fee again, so I clicked option 2 (to order Hatton fight). Then, I was prompted for my sky viewing card number, then password. After that I got a blurb that I couldnt make out as it was like a high pitched message then the line went dead. Have I ordered this or what do I do? I am not paying for this twice.

tried online, says details cannot be processed.

Been on hold for ages (twice now as battery died first time!)

I don't want any moron telling me I should have done this ages ago either, not helpful.

I have but nothing is helping me, its as soon as I enter my card details on Sage Pay it comes up with an error saying:

Transaction Registration Page
Query 'CALL sp_GetPaymentDetails()' failed with error message: "Incorrect number of arguments for PROCEDURE primetimeinteractive.sp_GetPaymentDetails; expected 1, got 0"

I have made sure to enter all my details correctly and have now lost count of how many times I've tried

Now all i'm worried about is the 'no signal' message on 498? Anyone else got this at the moment?

I've been through tons of channels and they've all got signals, quite fancied watching the Lazcano fight currently on!

 

First up try rebooting your box, turn it off at the wall and unplug it for 30 seconds to force a reboot.

If that doesn't help it sounds like your dish might not be exactly aligned,

 

I tried ringing and I was kept on hold for ages then it just cut off. Any ideas?

 

ive tried the old "plug and unplug lark" and i used primetime the other month for chavez vs martinez so how come my dish is suddenly out of line?
