Martinez spent as much of his time as 147/154 as Williams did. But you'll find a reason to discredit all of Martinez wins anyway

ODLH was drained, Pac should of jumped 3 divisions to fight ODLH. Floyd fights at 147, ODLH fights at 154. Fight happens at 154, Floyd is a hero because he went up one division to fight ODLH atsch _____ Pac fights at a catcheweight of 145 vs Cotto. Pac was draining Cotto and is the catchweight king.
