your natural weight isn't the weight you started at, just as it's not necessarily the weight you finish at, IF you've moved through a handful of weight divisions. It's what you level out at and in most cases spend the best part of your career at. and again in the past fighters didn't have the chance to walk around 30lbs over weight they WERE walking around and fighting so flippen often at in & around 10lbs of their True weight division which was basically the same as their walking around weight. so you see what I was saying.
