I can't believe you can definately remember a Mundine statement from years ago but have no idea about a Dawson Tapia fight, shows your interests in boxing are well prioritised
I particularly remember that statement Mundine made after the Geale fight because I knew at the time he'd never keep to it. Mundine's father had about twice as many fights as his son and never lost to an Australian. He took great pride in that fact and often mentioned it after he retired. If Mundine had kept to his word after the first Geale fight he would still be able to boast that himself. But Wood and Geale put pay to that.
