he is basically saying, you cannot be 100% sure brook is clean because there is evidence to suggest PEDS are circulating within that group of fighters through Ghalad. Whether they are stable mates, gym buddies or gay lovers, they are closely tied through their love of boxing. Guilty through association, although not valid in boxing perse, is something that can raise suspicion. So there is some truth to what he is saying.
