Sergio had five wins against (my) top 30 MW (2000-2016) but Williams beat only Wright, but Wright didn´t really beat anyone at 160. At first I put Wright much higher because he is really good but after researching, I had to move him down.. The thing is, I just ranked those fighter for their achievements during that time span. Therefore it´s not an exact rating of skills. But I believe achievements indicates skill levels up to a point.. For me, maybe even more interesting is, how to rate top 10-30 - Who did I forgot?
So Williams #23 and Jantuah gets dropped. Winky beat Trinidad (120-107, 119-108, 119-108) so there is quite a big difference in levels. Maybe he should be higher #11?

Eastman and asikainen for sure. Maybe everyone on that list except p-will for that matter. Also Winky was a Jr mW who made his mW run with a win over Tito and a draw against Taylor, so his mW run was nothing special. Js.. And Kofi Jantuah?
I have to disagree with you on Locket. Asikainen was a beast (limited of course but still) when he was at his prime (KO Sylvester, Campas). He had reach, size, power and that great left hook - he had always a punchers chance. He had an offer from Taylors camp but his manager wanted him to wait better offer.. What a mistake. Instead he outgrew and wasn´t his best anymore against Gevor. Locket had nothing, no power, no size, no reach, nothing. IMO Locket is John Duddy level, domectic level at best.
What about Javier Castillejo? He won WBA belt against Sturm and beat Mariano Carrera. He also lost to both of them later on..
H2H GGG is a lock for number 1. If GGG was around in Hopkins day..you would of never heard of Hopkins. Hopkins would of got a career ending beating.
Lets not carry away Bhop is one tough SOB, he took a beating from Kovalev like a man. Still after 2000 he didn´t do that much at 160 IMO. Thats something that haters somehow forget. Actually, top 10 pretty much shows how many good wins someone can achieve even in theory. Only fights that took place between top 10 MW were Bhop vs. Taylor 1&2 Taylor vs. Pavlik Pavlik vs. Martinez Martinez vs. Murray Sturm vs. Murray Golovkin vs. Murray Btw. Can´t believe what a luck Murray had - two robberies and one title fight against Golovkin. He should have won title at some point..
Winky beat Mosley (who took the belts from DLH), schooled Trinidad, was robbed against Taylor and deserved at least a draw against Hopkins. For me, Winky is at least Top8 on that list.
