Hard to say if one would have the better resume than the other because on one hand, we got Wilder with 3 top 10 opponent and Joshua with 4. Its hard for me to call Stiverne a top 10 but Wilders 3 would be Stiverne, Ortiz and Fury. Joshua would have Whyte, Klitschko, Parker and Povetkin. Each fight is tough except for Wilders match against Stiverne. I'd say its even because if Wilder beats Fury, thats a pretty big name even though Fury looks a little off right now.
If Wilder wins, his resume is on par with Joshuas. Joshua best win was against a 41 year old who hadn't fought in 18 months, and was embarrassed in his previous fight. If Fury wins he has the best resume in the division comfortably... he would have gone way and beaten both Wlad and Wilder. The dynamics would certainly be interesting if Fury does upset the odds, because then he would certainly have a good claim as the number 1 heavyweight.
It will largely depend on the shape and mindset Fury shows up in. Is he in it to win it, was he serious in his prep? Or is he cashing out and comes to collect a paycheck? The Wlad AJ beat was 40 years old but looked to be in the shape of his life and came to win. We'll have to see if Fury will be in better shape than 3 years ago. I have my doubts.
