    Good post.

A wasted career fighting too many Jo Jo Cans and Frankie Gavins then when he stepped up to face two elite opponents he was badly smashed.

After the Porter fight he should have been taking increasingly difficult fights before going near Golvkin or Spence.

The Khan fight is of no interest now and both careers go down as decent fighters who won World Titles but both never elite level fighters in the same bracket as Ricky Burns.

Khan. Brook, Burns are yesterday's men looking to fleece as much money from mugs before they are retired by Eh Day.

More interested in the next generation of fighters coming through such as Josh Taylor and Joshua Buatsi.

Its a tough one as he definitely stepped up too late, there was fighters like Berto, Guerrero, Collazo and Judah he could have beat. But he fought a level below that in guys like Dan, Gavin and Bizier. However he did step up to fight two of the greatest in Golovkin and Spence which i dont think many others would have done. Makes me think it was a purely money thing, Im guessing he probably got the same paydays for lesser opponents than he would of with the slightly better guys. But when it was for the big paydays he took the gamble. Which I think is fair play to him most fighters would do the same thing he did and never have the chance to earn the rumoured £4m he got for Golovkin. Just would have been good to seen him in with some better names.

I used to be such a big fan of Brook, he was our best P4P fighter pre-Golovkin. That win over Porter is looking better and better over time.

I really wish he would just give up the Khan debacle and have a solid last run at 154. Fight 2 top 20 guys in a row then go for Hurd or Charlo.

    What a shame.

Not sure brook should go for the 154 belt holders. I was saying he should go to 154 but I dunno now. Them guys are huge!

Brook saw Hurd fight live and admitted himself he was shocked how big Hurd was.

Although 147 is a slog I am now thinking he should maybe try get some big fights at that division.

Wether that is a realistic option I don't know.

I think it’s Brook. He’s already had two brutal beat downs.

Brook is finished. I hate to make such statements for any boxer but his time went and pasted. He wasted his prime and had to take the risk with GGG and Spence late on for financial reasons. Fair play a man has to feed his family but his career was sacrificed in the process. Time to move on, there are plenty of good young fighters coming through now.

I thought Rabchanka was the ‘soft touch, returning from a loss, keep busy’ fight?

Him and Hearn talk a good fight and mention the big names big give us this rubbish!

    Bored of brook now

Brook needs to either fight Khan or top guys at 154.
Anything else is a waste of time, just retire then.
