To be fair to GGG, once you get money like he does, suddenly all your "friends" come in contact with you. Maybe that's why they're not hearing back from him.

From how I understand it (I don't follow/care about what they say about each other) Yeleussinov said that Golovkin had become unreachable for his countrymen. In fact, he accused Golovkin of being starstruck. And it seems he said it in a polite manner.

Again Yelleusinov is not a fluffy guy, as well as GGG, there was an interview translated earlier in this thread, but there were couple more interviews where he wasn’t good towards GGG and knowing local specifics I would say that this was more than enough for such decision.

All former Olympic team boxers in Kazakhstan know each other really good and the relations are not always friendly, for example Artayev says only good words about GGG and both were in good relations, moreover rumours are that GGG moves to a higher weight division in Olympics because of Artayev.
