Ain't been training ? He's been in camp for multiple months with Anderson, Ajagba, Parker, Dychko and others..he even has some battle scars in interviews.

Although his cocaine addiction may have resurfaced with even more power than ever before (LOL)

It was always odd that they put it same weekend as the Olympics.

Personally it does look like a convenient cancellation for them. It's worse for the fans than when Joshua was low balling opponents to get off that April Wembley date to undertake his American adventure in June 2019. People were rightly annoyed having booked hotels and plane tickets, as they will have for this. But that was "only" 9 months between title fights, this will be 18+!

In a perfect world the WBC would make Fury Champion Emeritus. Drop Wilder from the rankings, as he has had a big hand in what will be 18 months of inactivity (and shouldn't be rewarded for this). Then allow Dillian Whyte to fight the #3 Andy Ruiz Jr. for the WBC title (due to Usyk #2 being engaged to fight Joshua).

Would the WBC have the balls to do the right thing?

If that is true people shouldnt be mad at Fury he is just the fall guy, you don't think Arum and Shelly Finkel and whoever else didnt call the shots? it was in the interest of both teams if true.

Okay lets stop. I'm not a fan of Fury, he is infuriating and is incredibly overrated, but Wilder had just KO'd Ortiz quicker than the first fight(Wilder's only good win) and then Fury beats Wilder down in a one sided fight. Fury also beat Klitschko you know. It was boring but it's the context of how it happened. Fury outboxed him. Nobody had ever outboxed Klitschko before that point and although Klitschko was past it, it doesn't fully matter because we saw how Klitschko pushed Aj to his limit 2 years after Fury beat him and had Steward been in his corner telling him to finish Aj off, he probably would have beaten Aj.

Fury is elite and H2H his skills, speed, and gigantic size would make him a difficult night for any all time great not named Lennox Lewis or Larry Holmes

Doesn't make sense. I mean, if Fury is many levels above Wilder skills wise, just whoop him and move on. Maybe have the AJ fight in December. No need to prolong the inevitable.

I respect you @MarkusFlorez99 so I will respectfully agree to disagree.

Fury would get mowed over by prime Foreman, FOTC Frazier, Louis, Johnson, Lewis, Liston...I won't even go into the punishing UD he'd suffer at the hands of 60s Ali...and perhaps early 70s as well. Holmes would have have made him a staggering stumble bum in 10.

Again, just my opinion. I am a fan of Wilder btw, far more than any of the other heavies today.

This is the biggest problem that Fury fans don't understand. Fury's team has messed everything up yet they point the finger at other people. Fury could literally just avoid Joshua, fight no other top 10 fighter, retire right now and they will be chanting "all time great" LOL.

He's a good fighter but he is overrated and has been given way too many passes. He's holding up the division. Yeah we all know Wilder is the one who wants this pointless rematch but he's obligated to have it, it's in the contract. We just want Fury to get this over with, beat Wilder's ass and then fight the winner of Aj vs Usyk.

It's not a mind game it's bull****. If Wilder did this to fury you'd be claiming he was ducking fury and it would ***** move. There's nothing cool about it. I'm starting to question this positive covid test but think it's more of a mental episode. Fury should just pull out of the fight and get well.

I give him the benefit of the doubt. He tested positive and it was a false positive but a positive test still ****s everything up because he had to close camp.

I just don't see it that way but i respect you as a poster. Fury would be a super herculean sized heavyweight compared to anybody from the 70s and he has the boxing ability to compete with them. Foreman could very well KO Fury but Fury has quicker feet and better head movement. If Foreman works the body he could wear him down and stop him. Fury imo would be too big for Frazier. We're talking about a 6'7½, 260lb+ guy who is incredibly strong and could manhandle Frazier in the clinches like he did 240lb Chisora and the same with Joe Louis although i would favor Ali to beat him, but it would probably be far more difficult that you think.

Ali was comfortable on the backfoot but against Fury he's going up against a guy who would tower over him and has a far longer reach and the skills to make it competitive. Fury is not Ernie Terell, they are levels apart and Fury is a hell of a lot bigger anyway. Ali would have to slip the jab and make Fury come to him like Cunningham did and outbox him. Ali would definitely do it and would win a decision. But it wouldn't be easy. The size difference is bigger than you think. Just my opinion, who knows, maybe Fury would get destroyed in the 70s. We'll never know but H2H he'd be a tough fight for almost any heavyweight

If that’s the case then why would you immediately just call off the fight rather than taking a few hours and then getting everyone in camp to take a PCR test to make sure.

They told everyone 10 people had it including fury and Parker, then Parker was seen out so then it changed to only 2 people had it. It’s lies upon lies.

That's not mind games, that'd be an unstable **** move if true. He already had the advantage as Wilder was coming off the loss with no tuneups. Fury's lack of discipline had him going fat and looking like **** again. If I was Wilder, I'd continue training and not get too pissed since he needs all the time he should've used years ago to perfect his craft. He only ****ed himself by waiting only on Fury and not getting some fights in between to test things in the ring. It's not like he was trying to keep his strategy a secret since he leaked training vids.

I agree. Not much of it makes any logical sense.

He’s not a boxing fan. He’s only a Tyson Fury fan. Big difference.
