Sam Eggington - Bilel Jkitou was a very good scrap. I would add Canelo - BJS, Katie Taylor - Natasha Jonas to the honourable mentions.

EDIT: Just noticed you had the Eggington fight at no 8.

 

I'd throw an honorable mention to a couple of southeast Asian domestic battles that flew under the radar) - Jong Seon Kang vs. Nam Jun Lee (Koreans) and Mark Vicelles vs. Jerven Masucol Mama (Filipinos).

2. Gary Antonio Russell vs Alexandro Santiago
3. Stephon Fulton vs Angelo Leo

 

Cheesman - Williamson was my favourite this year, unreal fight.

Fine list. I realize several other posters have included the Cheeseman fights in FOTY lists but I think he is just a horrible boxer. He makes Adam Kownacki look like Willie Pep. I think he is 24 but his face looks like he's 54.

Sure it makes for fan friendly fights but sheesh....
