Eubank and Hopkins were quite past their best days but I get your argument though.

Spence was a special victory plus the manner of victory but I agree he needs a couple more victories

Agreed but look at what Hopkins achieved after losing to Calzaghe, and even Eubank moved up two weightclasses and came within a whisker of beating Cruiserweight champion in one of his best performances in years.

Some might say with the inactivity of Spence and after suffering car crashes, that Hopkins and Eubank were in better form than Spence despite being older.

    Tc... lmfao.

Not even all that close tbh.

2 weight undisputed, and much more dominant too.

He has never had a close fight, ever.

Maybe Crawford by a hair for beating his great rival in his prime, but then again his great rival sucked. Its an either way kind of thing.

Both long reigning dominant champions. I think Calzaghe fought the slightly better opposition. Yes Crawford is undisputed at 2 weights but that's just belts, if Calzaghe had been undisputed at 168 and 175 and done so beating the exact same opposition it doesn't mean his resume would be better it would just mean he had more belts. So in the end for me it's who you beat not what belts you collect.

So right now I'm leaning towards Calzaghe but Crawford's career isn't over and it wouldn't take that much for him to surpass Calzaghe resume in my opinion. While he'll probably never beat anyone as good as even an old Bhop at 154 if he can add enough depth to his resume he can tip the scales to his favour in this comparison.

Calzaghe would have destroyed Ottke, albeit not on the cards in Geemany. JC missed a couple of opportunities on his resume but he is still ahead of Bud's paper thin resume.

Considering they are nearly the same size & Calzaghe didn't drain down to beat on LWWs & WWs I'd say Joe...

Do you think Calzaghe can KO Ottke the same way Crawford did to Spence and Shawn Porter?

Calzaghe's resume is so far superior its not even funny. Crawford for all his skills has a terrible resume. So Calzaghe by miles.

That's different. Ottke was far more dangerous than Spence.

    Crawford

Both have average resumes for their quality but Crawford is a more skilled boxer and Spence is by some distance better than anyone on Calzaghes resume.
