It's completely straightforward mate, just choose Cancel in your account / subscription settings. Half a dozen clicks at most. I had no problems for Joshua Dubois.

That option disappeared for customers in early 2023 as it was removed from my account. Not been a customer since Feb 24 so cannot check if it has been reinstated. The customer feedback is that it is still missing from my account.

The trustpilot feedback indicates that useless live chat and emails is the only contact methods. Appears to be very difficult to cancel and I am just relieved that I have nothing to do with them.
