Usyk got hit by those uppercuts because Fury used his feet, stepped back and made Usyk chase. It's much easier to pepper a guy lunging in at you. I don't think Lewis would have been landing as many because he'd give Usyk more of an opportunity to use his lateral movement. I do agree that Lewis' uppercut is a brutal punch and better than Fury's.

I remember watching this fight live, my expectations were very low. But Mavrovic really impressed me by going the distance and winning a couple rounds along the way. I think this was his last fight, and when you really think about it, not a bad way to go out.
Good round, especially the ending. Mavrovic was a tough fighter, and his left hook managed to shake Lewis towards the end of the seventh round. Croatia has produced some pretty good fighters: Mavrovic, Hrgovic, Parlov, and I think Fritzie Zivic also had Croatian roots. And not to forget the aforementioned Jelena Balabanic. Mavrovic seems to be a lucky guy. They apparently stayed married. A beautiful woman who apparently even has a Ph.D.
