Canelo was not in his prime.

    How many more times??

    Nobody agrees with you.

    Canelo himself literally doesn’t agree.

    Reynoso doesn’t agree.

    Oscar doesn’t agree.

    No knowledgeable fan agrees.

Can a boxer really be a BOAT or GOAT when he lost to a journeyman in what should have been his prime and is 2-3 against other members of the International Boxing Hall of Fame with his 2 wins coming against a former light heavyweight and a 39 year old boxer who lost his two last fights?

Having that fighter as your number 1, whilst at the same time, you try and tear to pieces the consensus HW GOAT??

Have you ever seen anything as ridiculous as that in your life??

That guy is a special kind of stupid.

A case can be made if you ignore his record.

I won't use ad hominems but I believe that's the same gentlemen who opined Tommy Morrison would beat Joe Louis.

For the purpose of these matches we take fighters at their very best and Ali was clearly not at his very best vs Frazier.

He was still dangerous like Tyson and Lewis but not at his best. If the fight wasn't an anomaly than Frazier should have repeated his win in fights 2 and 3 but he couldn't

He gave him hell in 3 fights, against good versions of Ali.

He was Ali’s stylistic nemesis, as he was a small, fast swarmer who suffocated Ali on the inside.

Ali didn’t possess the power to get rid of him.

Frazier and to a lesser extent Norton were stylistic kryptonite.

Which is why people didn't think Lopez could beat Lomachenko, said it was too soon for him to face such a skilled boxer, and were shocked when Lopez won. Good job giving the opposition ammunition.

I remember that day, I was at a friend's house eating pizzas and playing Halo. My brother couldn't believe how good Lopez was doing.

You probably weren't even watching boxing. ;)

You can't have a losing record against your most elite opponents and be called the GOAT no matter what sport you're talking about.

And to this day, Lopez has not looked as good as during that period.
