Anyone know any good sources for this? I can't find much concrete stuff outside of the odd video; but those are good and definitely appreciated. But does anyone know anything a bit more comprehensive?

I'm interested in both the boxing side of things, and S&C. Training videos, templates, seminars. Literally anything you got.

Hey George (old thread I know), read 'Never Gymless' by Ross Enamait (Katie Taylor's trainer). I've read a lot of books on training and this is one I still come back to. Proper, well researched training advice that any man can immediately start implementing. At one point I unironically think he was one of the fittest guys in the world (in an all around sense). Also had an old YouTube channel where he showcases his training and advice (here).

I also recommend reading any of Pavel Tsatsouline's work - I'd start with 'The Naked Warrior' first. Great advice on how to approach 'strength as a skill' without compromising your skill training. I personally had big strength increases following his advice.
