Yes. I now decided that he was robbed and deserved to win. Apparently we can just do that whenever we feel like it. By the way I also decided that Ian Gardner was robbed against GGG in 2008, so that wins goes away from him too unfortunately.

No, he gets credit for fights he won, in the eyes of the the boxing public. Which means Canelo has one legitimate win over GGG and that was when GGG was 40 years old. That is actually quite an accomplishment just ask Ryota Murata. Canelo out landed GGG for the first time in 3 outings. He out landed Golovkin by a whopping 10 punches. Golovkin outland Canelo in the first 2 fights by significant numbers and outlanded Jacobs by 56 punches in their bout. Golovkin even outlanded Derevyanchenko by 13 punches. Golovkins punches were harder and cleaner then Derevyanchenko's.

They don't just get credit for that alot of those fighters have stand out resumes like Charley Burley, Holman Williams.

Golovkin doesn't have a stand out resume so his fans want to give him unofficial wins because of that.

It's crazy to me it's like Golovkin is the only fighter to ever lose close controversial decision.

I agree with the judges and my expert level scoring.

 

It's only full of swing rounds if you refuse to give them to GGG. Actually they turned the fight into a swing fight for the same reason, they can't give it to GGG, that's not the narrative. A draw or a win is the only result allowed for Canelo. So, it came out a draw.
