Lol OMG I only just saw the highlights. Itauma was like that video of the super drunk guy who is trying to order more beers but can't walk to the checkout. I've never seen anything quite like that.

    I agree.

A lot of people are saying he didn't pace himself but he was clearly tired in round 3.

If a fighter is that tired so early in a fight then stamina is a bigger issue than pacing himself.

Hrgovic was fighting hard but only in the last minute of each round. Flicked the jab and moved early/avoiding Itauma flurries, survived middle danger period, come alive and put it on Itauma to finish the round. The writing on the wall was there early. Itauma started to fade briefly even at the end of the second and Hrgovic arguably took the 3rd. He did much better than the biased commentary team were giving him credit for. He read Itaumas patterns early and knew what he had to do.

Sure, imo he’s better than Pricey ever was, but he’s no Joe Lewis either lol

Thanks to everyone who posted their descriptions of this fight.

There seems to be a strong consensus of opinion as to the apparent complexion and whys and wherefores in play. The shifting drama came across extremely well in the writing also.

Can’t wait to see the vision for myself.

Of course he's no Louis; I'm impressed with his defense. He needs better stamina and a better fight game plan. Both can be achieved.
