If he does beat Pacquiao and Mayweather you could make a case that he is one of the greatest welterweights of all time....maybe not thee best yet, but he definitely will have a case. Beatinh Pacquiao and Mayweather is no easy feat though.

Cotto's resume...other than losing that construction gig in vegas becuase he got into a fight with the brick laying dude that was down with his union....its pretty damned impressive I'd hire him, is he looking for work?

IF that somehow happens he is def ONE of the best...I just don't see it in his skill set and the way he fights but the man is a warrior and if he did he would deserve every accolade he gets

That is what so cool about Cotto vs. Pac. Both have great resumes and to add a cotto or a Pac just adds extra gravy to their mash potatoes.

    WTF!!!! :-(

My proof is that after extensive analisys the CSAC was unable to confirm any kind of plaster was used.

and im sure Cotto has a much more extensive amateur background than Pac does.

If Pac retired right now, there is nothing Cotto could do in the next 2 years to match Pac's resume.

He could possibly (although highly unlikely)

Beat Mayweather, Mosley, Margarito, Williams, Chavez Jr., and some other belt holders at 154 and maybe defeat Sturm or some other respectable 160 lber.

In 2 years?...its possible...but HIGHLY HIGHLY unlikely. But it can be done
