The Heart is pumping along not up. This has been tested at a certain Sports Science Lab and found to be true, further Tests are in progress. One on Lactic Shuttle will be interesting. :D

Dude, we do not understand what on earth you are talking about. If you expect us to understand, or be "ready for it" you need to be more specific. You are saying nothing at all.

I feel stupid now, I truly had no idea what he was on about. Still not sure how it translates to boxing training, as we can't lie down in a ring.

Granted maybe he should just say it rather then going round the houses but I find 'scraps' theories on training interesting though I don't nessacarily agree with all his methods entirely. But he's had good sucess in the sport so there's lessons to be learned for budding trainers. :good

With training such as that I would advise that more training at current would not be beneficial.

What you should do is rest that particular joint atleast for a period of time to let the tendons and ligaments recover.

yeah about the shoulder, i have taken nearly a week off through work commitments, and it seems to have eased off considerably. i just hope that next week when i start again it doesn't flare up again. If it does then i think i will take the advice of GNARL and visit the doc.

    Cheers guys.
