    MAckie Shilstone is exceptionally irritating when he refers to himself as a 'strategist'. I assume he also coached Jones on how to talk?

    I don't understand why people find it so hard to believe alot of boxers were pretty avid about lifting weights. Roy Jones, Shane Mosley, Mike Tyson, David haye...

    why would he do press ups to lose weight?

    why would he think that would make him lose weight?

    I haven't watched the vid but I've heard/read press ups really fire up your metabolism as your using most of your body,which would result in more calories burned, and weight lost. Maybe someone more knowledgable can confirm this?
